Flexible Service Disclaimer & User Responsibility Agreement

By posting a task via the iZia Flexible Service feature, you (the "User") acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These conditions are legally binding and designed to ensure fair, safe, and lawful use of the platform.

1. Platform Role

iZia only provides a neutral platform to match task requests with available helpers. The platform does not participate in or guarantee the outcome, accuracy, or legality of any user-submitted task.

2. Prohibited Task Types

You agree not to use the Flexible Service to request or publish any tasks that:

Violate Singapore law or regulations
Involve delivery, purchase, or handling of prohibited goods
Require access to passwords, personal accounts, confidential or financial data
Are unreasonable, vague, or inherently unsafe

3. Responsibility for Task Description

You agree to:

Provide clear, detailed instructions in your task description
Specify time expectations if the task is time-sensitive
Ensure your request is legal, safe, and reasonable for completion

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in:

Delays, cancellation, or refusal by the helper
Additional charges for unanticipated work
No refund of compensation if the task cannot be reasonably completed

4. Helper Rights

Once a task is accepted, helpers are allowed to:

Decline or stop the service if the actual task substantially differs from the original description
Request a reasonable increase in compensation if the scope has changed significantly
Cancel the task without penalty if the content is illegal, abusive, or misleading

5. Platform Limitation of Liability

iZia shall not be liable for:

Task outcome, quality, or delays
Disputes between users and helpers
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from task execution

Users and helpers are expected to resolve disputes directly, or escalate via iZia support when necessary.
