Account Cancellation Agreement

Before you proceed with canceling your iZia App account, please carefully read, understand and agree to the following terms:

We kindly remind you that canceling your iZia App account will result in termination of our services to you and may cause inconvenience for after-sales support and rights protection. Upon successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information, rendering it irretrievable and inaccessible, or anonymize it. You acknowledge that according to relevant laws and regulations, transaction records must be retained in iZia App for 1 year or longer.

1. To proceed with account cancellation, your account must meet all the following conditions:

(1) No assets or outstanding debts in your iZia App account;

(2) No pending orders, unpaid services, or active service commitments;

(3) No ongoing disputes, including complaints or reports either filed by or against you;

(4) The account is in normal status with no restriction history;

(5) The associated iZia App payment account has been canceled with all related issues resolved.

2. During the cancellation process, if your account becomes involved in disputes (including but not limited to complaints, lawsuits, arbitrations, or government investigations), iZia App reserves the right to terminate the cancellation process without further consent.

3. Before submitting your cancellation request, please unbind all linked accounts. Contact our customer service for assistance if needed.

4. Once canceled, your iZia App account cannot be recovered. Please back up all account-related information beforehand. After cancellation:

(1) You will lose access to your iZia App account;

(2) All profile data and historical information (including usernames, nicknames, avatars, reservations, group purchase records, etc.) will be permanently lost;

(3) All records associated with your account across iZia platforms (websites, apps, mini-programs) will be irretrievable. You will lose access to these services, and any unused coupons, points, or benefits will be forfeited. iZia App cannot assist in recovering this data.

5. Account cancellation does not exempt or reduce liabilities arising from pre-cancellation account activities.

6. For assistance with accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information, or if you believe iZia App has collected/used your information unlawfully, contact our customer service at izia@izia.com or through other channels specified in our Privacy Policy. For security purposes, we may require identity verification. We will respond within 15 days (as required by the "Methods for Identifying Illegal Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps") after receiving and validating your request. Reasonable requests are generally free, but repeated or excessive requests may incur fees. We may deny unfounded, technically complex, or impractical requests that risk others' rights or involve backup server data.
